Rattan Creek Homes: Rattan Creek is made up of approximately 2800 single family homes. There are several different sections of homes that were constructed over the 15 years Milwood was being built with the final homes being completed around 1999. There are a few exceptions but most homes range in size from 1500 to 3000 square feet. Because there are so many homes in Milwood many residents associate some of the smaller adjoining subdivisions such as Hunters Chase, Los Indios, Indian Oaks and Bancroft Woods with the Rattan Creek neighborhood making up in total about 4000 homes.
Rattan Creek Schools: Rattan Creek is on the Southern edge of the Round Rock School District. Students attend one of three Elementary schools: Pond Springs, Jollyville and Live Oak; Deerpark Middle School and McNeil High School.
Rattan Creek Amenities: Rattan Creek has two beautifully maintained parks.
