Laurie and her team are FABULOUS!  Someone is always available to answer questions. They help with arrangements for staging, cleaning, contractors that always seem to be needed right before selling a house.  Laurie is extremely experienced and always a professional.  I relied heavily on her advice and have much respect for her and her team.  They work VERY hard so that the client doesn't need to stress.  Their marketing strategy is multi-faceted and is kept current at all times.  I always felt like I was in good hands and she will always be my first choice in realtors. I recently sold my house in Milwood area with Laurie and the experience was the best I had with any realtor.  I have several realtor friends that I didnt use and went with Laurie because of the reputation that she and her team have in that part of Austin.  Her marketing and sales experience and process is top notch and what sets her apart from other realtors - you are hiring a team not just a person to sell your house and the team does a great job!!!  My house had multiple offers within days of listing after doing a soft listing.  The path to closing was very smooth and efficient and her team was extremely confident and responsive throughout the entire process - emails/texts seldom went unanswered for more than an hour or two.
